Not long ago, I asked myself: "What would have helped me the most when I was suffering from depression?"

This course is my attempt to answer that question.

I hope these short talks will be a source of companionship, inspiration and comfort as you walk your path.

I also believe that depression can be an initiation into a greater depth of connection, fulfilment and personal power.

I made these videos to share the pointers I've gleaned along the way.

The course contains roughly two hours of talks, broken into short videos lasting between one-and-a-half to five minutes. You can watch them at your own pace and in any order you like.
